Dr. Dela Cruz, DMD
Dr. Dela Cruz started Jessamine Family Dentistry in 2016 with a lofty vision of offering the highest standard of care in dentistry to the residents Jessamine County & surrounding areas. Dr. Dela Cruz has continued the legacy of Dr. Hubert Henkle.
Dr. Pat Disponett, DMD
Dr. Pat has been helping patients achieve dental goals for over 25 years. His dedication to his patients is unmatched. His bubbly personality is sure to make you more comfortable in the dental chair and ease your worries.
Dr. Adam Slone, DMD
Dr. Slone is our newest addition to the Jessamine Family Dentistry team. We're so excited to have him on board and can't wait for you to meet him.

Dr. Ted Raybould, DMD
With over 40 years of experience in dentistry, Dr. Raybould brings a vast amount of wisdom to our team and patients. We are so pleased to have him as a part time dentist at our clinic. Dr. Raybould retired from The University of Kentucky as the director of the Dental Residency Program in Lexington, KY.
Jessica, RDH
Jessica's outgoing & friendly personality makes our patients feel "right at home". She graduated dental hygiene school in 2013 and hasn't looked back since. Jessica is Jessamine County native that married her high school sweetheart, Brandon and they have two children, a dog, 2 gold fish and 1 water snail. In her free time, Jessica loves to shop 'til she drops, go on warm tropical vacations & spend time with her family & friends.
Jessica's favorite part about being a hygienist is establishing relationships with her patients. In addition to her infectious smile & laughter, Jessica is extremely knowledgeable & strives to help her patients understand the importance of excellent dental care.
Robin, RDH
Robin's sweet demeanor is sure to make you feel comfortable in her chair. Robin is extremely knowledgeable & has almost 30 years of dental experience. She loves meeting new patients & building lasting relationships with them. Robin does an incredible job educating her patients based on their dental needs & goals. When Robin isn't working, she enjoys rehabilitating wild life. She specializes in getting birds back to their natural habitat, you may even see her helping a wounded bird at Lake Mingo! Robin was raised in Ashland Kentucky & has three boys all in their twenties.
Kynadee, RDH
Kynadee first joined our office as a patient, yep that's right! After expressing further interest in dentistry Kynadee joined our team as a patient care coordinator. Kynadee's eagerness to learn and her attention to detail showed us she is destined for greatness. We then transitioned her into a home grown Dental Assistant and taught her all the ropes. Kynadee then took matters into her own hands eager to learn more and more about dentistry and is now our newest dental hygenist!
Brittany
Director of Operations
Meet Brittany, our one and only, Director of Operations. Brittany initially joined our office with the intentions of only staying a week to cover another coworkers vacation in 2016. She can tell you better than anyone else, she was bitten by the dental bug and one week turned into a month, a month turned into a year, a year turned into almost 10 years! Brittany manages both offices, our entire combined staff, business and marketing, financial consultations with patients, coordinating CE courses and everything in between. (When does she have time to sleep?).
Reagan
Assistant Office Manager
Reagan is our very own insurance and financial planning guru. She goes above and beyond to break down patient’s insurance benefits and goes the extra mile to get insurance companies to contribute to treatment costs. Reagan joined our team in 2020 in the midst of COVID as an extra set of hands to aid in suctioning harmful aerosols made when working in the mouth, a position meant only to last one week. Needless to say, one week turned into a few years and career inspiration.
Lindsey
Sedation Coordinator/EDDA
Lindsey has been with Jessamine Family Dentistry since 2017. Lindsey is Lexingtonian who now resides in Nicholasville. When Lindsey is not at work or at the softball field with her daughter, she can be found shopping or traveling with family. Lindsey now serves as our Sedation Coordinator, but with her EDDA Certification she can jump right in to place fillings and temporary crowns whenever needed. Lindsey states, “since becoming a dental assistant in 2009, the best part I love about my job is the gratification I get when seeing people’s smiles change.
Michelle
Patient Care Coordinator
When you walk through the front door here at JFD, you will be greeted by one of our friendliest faces, Michelle. Michelle has over 20 years of customer service experience and takes the time to get to know every patient. Don’t be surprised if she learns your coffee order from our patient beverage station! She was born and raised in Danville but has called Nicholasville home for the last 20 years. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her twin daughters who consume most of her free time now that they are driving!
Karina
Patient Care Coordinator
Karina came to Jessamine Family Dentistry from the hospital ER. She dealt with medical insurance and now assists patients with dental coverage. Having experience in both fields, she’s able to provide patients with the highest insight regarding their finances. Karina lives on and runs a farm with bulls, cows, chickens, ect. She’s great at juggling anything that is thrown at her! Being born in Ukraine, Karina is fluent in both Ukrainian and English. In her free time (she doesn't have much with the farm), she enjoys reading a thriller/mystery book and then proceeding to tell the whole world, trying to convince them to also read it. Karina enjoys helping patients reach their smile goals at any cost!
Tiffany
Lead Expanded Duties Dental Assistant
Tiffany joined our office as a patient in 2018 then as an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) in 2019. Tiffany worked her way up to Lead Dental Assistant here at JFD. Her area of expertise is all things surgical dentistry. She is ACLS & BLS Certified (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), places IV’s for IV Sedation and she even draws blood for Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) treatments. Tiffany says that restoring a patient’s confidence and establishing genuine patient relationships is what makes it all worth it. In Tiffany’s free time you can find her and her husband at a local comedy show, filming a wedding or grabbing a bite to eat with friends.
Nan
Dental Assistant
Meet Nan, although if you've been around Jessamine County for any amount of time you may have crossed paths at some point in a dental chair. Nan has over 30 years of dental assisting experience. She worked for Dr. Hinkle on Edgewood Drive up until 2016 when Dr. Dela Cruz purchased the practice. Nan has truly been the heart beat of our practice! In Nan's free time you can find her scoping out all the best deals at any store, spoiling her grand babies and crafting anything you could think!
Tayler
Expanded Duties Dental Assistant
Meet Tayler, the newest EDDA to join our team. Tayler commutes back and forth from both of our office lending a helping hand to anyone in the office in need, she's our very own shape shifter! When Tayler is not working you can find her singing karaoke and baking delicious sweet treats. She's sure to beat anyone around in a round of karaoke trivia!
Mady
Expanded Duties Dental Assistant
When not working, Mady enjoys spending time with her friends, husband and daughter Ava. Mady is also starting her own photography business to have as a side hobby. Mady graduated from The Institute of Dental Technology as an EDDA. This title gives Mady the ability to assist chairside but also place fillings and many other capabilities. One of Mady’s favorite things to do in dentistry is intraoral scanning. Mady has earned the nickname ‘Scan Queen’ for how good her scanning abilities are. Mady is looking forward to helping patients get their smile and confidence back.
Dina
Patient Care Coordinator & Lab Assistant
Meet Dina, our jack of all trades. She is in our Jessamine and Winchester office and does everything from answering phones, assisting, and helping our hygiene team run more smoothly. We all look up to her, literally. She was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado and moved to KY at the young age of 11. Her parents immigrated to America in 1992 from Ukraine. Growing up in the Slavic community she has encountered many people from different walks of life, so she is experienced in interacting with all kinds of people. She also happens to be fluent in Ukrainian, which is awesome! Outside of work she loves to longboard, read a good book, chill with her honeybees, and bake cookies and bread.
Kris
Insurance Coordinator
Oh, to be like Kris, she is the ‘mother’ of our pack and the sunshine in our office. She was born and raised in California but lives in Kentucky now with her husband, Jeff. Kris has over 40+ years’ experience in dentistry from orthodontic marketing and management, chairside dental assisting, financial planning and insurance coordinating. Just like sitting in the emergency exit on an airplane, Kris is always ready and able to help in any situation. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching classic movies, cooking old staple recipes or trying new ones and spending time with family. Our patients and team say “to know Kris is to love her”!
Niki
Patient Care Coordinator
Meet Niki, our newest addition to our smiley team of Patient Care Coordinators. Niki has a background in the Pulaski county school systems of over 10 years. She had a change of heart after a routine dental hygiene visit. Niki comes from a science background and was infatuated with our microscope used to identify bacteria in the mouth. So needless to say, this was right up her alley. In Niki's free time you can find her spending time with family, DIY-ing a craft or tending to her bearded dragons.

Mckenzie
Sterilization Tech
McKenzie is a 2021 graduate of West Jessamine High School. Her interest in dentistry lead her to observing at our office right out of high school. Even though her observation time was during the covid pandemic, she decided she still wanted to proceed with dentistry career wise. In February 2024, McKenzie officially made the employee roster as the very efficient sterilization technician.
Viktor
Lab Tech
Viktor is a dentist from Ukraine. We are so lucky to have him in our office now that he has moved to the United States. He is our lead lab technician and invested in providing the highest quality work possible to our patients. Viktor has even been working on teaching some of our staff who don't speak Ukrainian some commonly used phrases to make sure every patient feels welcome in our office from their first hello and last goodbye!
